The staff were delayed due to seeming to deal with other matters, but were generally friendly and helpful, especially Mr Etem. The location was convenient, not too far from the metro, and close to historic sites. The dining experience lacked variety and food choice was limited, ending early at 10 am. Facilities were basic.

The service was a bit rough with not much friendliness, though they did help with shuttle arrangements. The location was quite convenient for exploring the city, just a short walk from Hagia Sophia.
